Mental Well-Being
Mental wellbeing encompasses our inner workings and the way we describe how we are in our lives. It is the state of thriving in various areas of life, such as in relationships, at work, play and more, despite ups and downs. It’s the knowledge that we are separate from our problems and the belief that we can handle those problems. Mental health and wellbeing are character traits, and also skills. No matter how young or old we are, no matter the physical and/or mental illnesses we face, no matter the adversity in our lives, we can all develop skills to achieve mental health and wellbeing.
Physical Well-Being
Physical wellbeing is the ability to maintain a healthy and balanced life without physical limitation, physical stress, and excessive fatigue.
Our physical wellbeing refers to the physical state of our body, whether that’s maintaining a healthy weight, good posture, well-functioning organs, or the ability to carry out normal daily tasks without exhaustion or discomfort.
