I had previously tried several different therapists - NHS and private - and had never seen the value in it or found it useful. It was always something I had wanted to try but I didn’t want to waste my time or money.
I found Nalan online and dropped her a message, which was a big step for me. I had no expectations of our first session based on my previous experience of therapy.
